1. Introduction
Welcome to the Fleetwood Mad website (the “Site”). These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your access to and use of our Site, and the relationship between you (“you”, “user”, “customer”) and Fleetwood Mad (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing, browsing, or using the Site (and any associated services, including bookings, purchases, communications), you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site.

3. Scope — What We Offer
Fleetwood Mad is a tribute band offering live performances and related services, and the Site may provide:

  • Information about the band, upcoming events, availability for bookings (“Services”);
  • A shop for merchandise or digital media (“Goods”);
  • Contact / booking enquiry features;
  • Other relevant content (media, blog, gallery, etc.).

These T&Cs apply to all Services and Goods offered via the Site, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.

4. Booking, Payment and Confirmation (if applicable)

  • When you request a booking or purchase via the Site or by contacting us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
  • Booking/purchase is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation (via email or other means). Until confirmation is received, no contract exists.
  • Payments must be made using accepted payment methods (which we will specify at the time of booking/purchase).
  • Prices quoted are valid at the time of booking/purchase. We reserve the right to update pricing, but any confirmed booking/purchase will use the price at confirmation.

5. Cancellation, Refunds & Changes

  • If you wish to cancel or change a booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. We will confirm whether cancellation or change is possible.
  • Refund or partial refund policies (if any) will be specified at time of booking/purchase and will comply with applicable UK consumer laws.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a performance (e.g. due to force majeure, illness, events beyond our control). In such circumstances we will offer a refund or alternative date where possible, or otherwise limit liability as described below.

6. Use of the Website — Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of any third party. Specifically, you must not:

  • Use the Site for fraudulent or illegal purposes;
  • Attempt to interfere with or damage the Site (e.g. hacking, introducing viruses, overloading);
  • Post or transmit harmful, offensive, defamatory, or infringing content via any interactive features (e.g. comments, contact forms), if such features exist;
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Site without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or block access to the Site at any time if we believe these T&Cs have been violated.

We reserve the right to update, modify or replace these T&Cs at any time. When we do, we will post the updated T&Cs on the Site, and indicate the date of last update. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitute your acceptance of the new T&Cs.

These T&Cs, and any disputes arising from them, shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these T&Cs or the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Severability & Waiver
If any provision of these T&Cs is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these T&Cs does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
