Despite leaving the band shortly after its inception, Bob continued to contribute to the blues scene through his Deluxe Blues Band and his mentorship left an enduring impact on those lucky enough to cross his path.


After 37 years immersed in the vibrant London music scene, Paul made a momentous decision to return to his Midlands roots in late 2022. Little did he know that this pivotal move would align perfectly with the destiny of Fleetwood Mad, a band whose rhythm section was eagerly awaiting a skilled and passionate bassist to join their ranks.


The fusion of Paul's return to the Midlands and Fleetwood Mad's search for the missing piece in their musical puzzle was serendipitous.
